I am NOT your Coach!!!
A few years ago, I called myself a ‘coach’ because frankly I didn’t know what else to call myself.
But I realised from my own clients and what I provide is NOT (only) coaching but something else.
There is a fundamental difference between a “coach” and a “mentor”. One tells you what to do (strategy / tactic) but may not have lived or understand or even consider every aspect of what that action will do for you and the impact it has on you.
Before you deploy any tactics or strategy – you must be clear on your objective and know WHY you want to achieve this.
And depending on what stage of your career or practice, you need to decide on whether you need to mentor, coach or both!
